How we work
From first quote
to final detail.
A clear scope starts the conversation. Confirmed details carry it through production, delivery, and installation. Our role is to keep those decisions connected, with responsibilities defined for each project.
Follow the process ↓One connected journey
The sequence is adapted to the product and project. Your proposal defines the included design, measurement, supply, freight, installation, and after-sales services, together with payment milestones and the delivery schedule.
- 01
Brief & preliminary quotation
We review the drawings, product list, site information, and target schedule to establish a starting scope and pricing basis. Missing dimensions or specifications are identified so early allowances remain visible.
- Your part
- Provide current plans, quantities, finish references, project location, and timing.
- What moves forward
- An initial quotation with scope, assumptions, and items requiring clarification.
- 02
Scope & proposal alignment
We review selections, quantities, alternatives, and service responsibilities together. Supply, freight, field services, and installation are distinguished so the commercial package reflects the work required.
- Your part
- Confirm the preferred options, included services, and proposal terms.
- What moves forward
- An agreed scope and commercial basis for the next stage.
- 03
Field verification & technical development
Measurements and site interfaces are coordinated with the responsible project team. Shop drawings bring openings, layouts, appliance information, hardware, and adjacent finishes into one reviewable package.
- Your part
- Provide site access where needed and coordinate current dimensions and trade information.
- What moves forward
- Coordinated drawings and a record of details still requiring resolution.
- 04
Selections & production approval
The responsible parties review dimensions, drawings, finishes, samples, and hardware before production release. Revisions are carried into the approved package; quotation approval alone does not release an item for fabrication.
- Your part
- Confirm the final technical package and complete the agreed release requirements.
- What moves forward
- An identified, approved version for production.
- 05
Manufacturing & quality review
The confirmed package guides fabrication. Product checks, identification, and packing are coordinated against the approved information, with questions addressed before the shipment is prepared.
- Your part
- Review any proposed changes through the agreed project contact.
- What moves forward
- Products prepared for shipment with the relevant identification and packing information.
- 06
Shipping & delivery coordination
Freight, receiving access, unloading, and storage are coordinated with the site team under the agreed scope. Delivery planning is connected to site readiness and the installation sequence.
- Your part
- Confirm a receiving contact, access arrangements, and suitable storage or staging.
- What moves forward
- A coordinated delivery plan and receiving handoff.
- 07
Installation & site coordination
Where installation is included, our team coordinates the work with the contractor and adjacent trades. Supply-only packages follow the agreed installation-support scope, with site questions resolved against the product information.
- Your part
- Arrange ready openings or substrates and coordinate the relevant trades.
- What moves forward
- Installed scope or the agreed support for the project’s installer, with outstanding items recorded.
- 08
Walkthrough, closeout & support
The included work is reviewed, remaining adjustments are tracked, and available care or product information is handed over. After-sales questions are handled under the terms of the project agreement.
- Your part
- Review the delivered scope and identify any remaining issues through the project contact.
- What moves forward
- A documented closeout and a clear route for follow-up support.
